What I loved the most was after we paid the bill(we gave her 20% tip)She came back and thanked us for her tip while we finished our drinks. When I was a waitress it didn't matter what the tip was you always thanked your customers. Without customers we wouldn't have a job. There's nowhere to sit and eat, and not really anywhere to wait if there's more than 3 people in the building ordering. But they're doing their best with the space they've got, which I also admire. Certainly worth stopping in if you need a quick bite, though I don't know if I would go out of my way to get there. I just happened to be working up the street, which is how I found it. I think their goal is to cater to the immediate area, which is fine.”

“I hesitated to have dinner here because of some negative reviews about service. We had a GREAT experience. It started when hostess Amanda opened the front doors as I rolled my wheelchair-bound girlfriend inside. Then, an assistant manager arranged for us to sit in an empty room so that people weren't bumping into the wheelchair. Server Adam was a superstar, regularly checking in despite the restaurant being short-staffed. He also kept our drinks refilled without having to be asked. They lose a star for being out of onion petals and for a torn booth seat, but everything else about our meals was perfect - including special requests! Manager Logan checked in and we told him we were impressed with Adam and Amanda's great service. He says his staff is working hard to provide great service. He thanked us for our business and positive comments about Adam and Amanda. As we left, Amanda held the front doors, again, for the wheelchair. She smiled and thanked us for our business. She is a considerate angel. The Gastonia Chili's took great care of us! We highly recommend it!”

The flavor of the English bun and all beef frank is great! I haven't found an English Dog like this since I lived up north. It's delicious and nostalgic! The staff is warm and friendly and were very helpful when we cleaned them out of cupcakes for the office. We really appreciated all of their help through the whole dining experience. Otherwise, l must say the front counter always greets you, but, can do a bit better on the customer service end of things though. Not leaving you on hold for long periods of times when calling in.
