I asked and it was another 5 minutes before they were actually ready. They should press the button when the pies are boxed and on their way to the pick up portal/oven/thingy. Good food though.”

“I don't live near this Hotbox location, but I do work near this Hotbox location. I placed a "schedule ahead" order on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 for 2:45 P.M. My order arrived right around that time, give or take a minute, which was awesome enough - BUT, things got even more awesome from there! I honestly don't think I've ever had a fresher, better pizza in my entire life. Everything tasted AMAZING. The people that work there are usually in a good mood but I am giving then four stars today because the cashier seemed a little bit pushy and impatient. I love that they have Wi-Fi and that it works for laptops that are on a secured Network. I wouldn't base my whole experience off of the cashier only because I have really enjoyed this Panera Bread. I've also had rough days myself so I understand.”

“I am 50 years old. I have never felt the need to write a review for a convenience store until today. Cashiers are usually polite at best or mentally absent. I am fortunate to have gotten a job close to this store though. There is a cashier here with a name tag that says "Amazing Lupe," and she is amazing! For the terrible wages that most of these places pay employees you kind of expect the cashiers to be annoyed or dismissive. Lupe is always happy, she is always quick and efficient, she always listens and never screws things up. Lupe goes the extra mile and asks me for things that would improve my experience like napkins, etc. She also is very fluent in English and Spanish and has great pronunciation. It's a good thing I don't own a store myself or I would offer her more money and try to steal her away to work for me.”

“This location is polite, efficient, and makes good pizza. We love running over here for a $5 pepperoni pizza when there's a dinner emergency. They are quick and usually have pepperoni pizzas ready to go. On a few occasions they've only had the $6 Extra Most Bestest, but usually we're in and out of the door within a minute or two with the pepperoni. Maybe 5min on a crazy day. It's a really good deal for a family meal :).”
