“Quick, and easy. Although I did have a problem once. I called the Redbox number on the machine and reported it to them. Their card reader wasn't working correctly or as it should. The machine took my movie back flawlessly, but when I went to rent another, I couldn't and it made a hassle for me because I had to drive to another Redbox to find that same movie which can be hard to find and irritating. They compensated me for my time thankfully and were understanding. They also sent out a technician to fix the card reader. When I went back the next day to return my movie and rent yet another one, it was fixed! Prompt service they have on their machines. Thank you! Hopefully next time it will work the first time though. I understand things break, trust me. I've been there what seems like day in and day out.”
