“I love, love, LOVE this theatre!! $6.50 for the matinee showing of Captain Marvel. Okay... Like every theatre, they get you at the concession stand... But it was still worth it! The bathrooms are always clean, the people are always friendly, there's plenty of parking, and the exits are easy to get to. They even have a small arcade area for the kiddies... I'm never disappointed when I come to this theatre.”

“I don't usually go to this one because it is out of town. And unless there was something wrong with the movie theaters around my house...what's the point. However, when hurricane Harvey came, there was a reason. It knocked all the power and water out of our town. And at the time, the movie "It" was coming out. Which I wanted to see but the movie theaters around was closed. So I went to this one and it was kinda occupied. They had a bowling center, games, a bar and other stuff. It was one of those theaters that went all out. Its nice and all but had reserved seating. Which I still hate.”

“This place is great if you're in a budget, especially in the summer with their dollar movie tickets. They have great prices on candy too! Just a dollar can get you a a full sized candy bar, drinks and popcorn are closer to average movie theatre prices but still not that bad. They only have one screening at a time due to the fact that they are still in the original building that they've been in since 1936, so they now what they're doing.”

“The place was very clean and nice looking. I ordered the tickets online, so I just used the kiosk tablet to get the tickets which was very easy and quick. The theater I was in was great. The chairs are awesome and comfortable. There shouldn't be an issue for some people who are a bit large, since I myself am. The sound system was good, maybe a bit loud, but I think most people expect that now. I guess the one thing I wish was the popcorn was truly just popped and nothing added. Let customers add seasoning if we want. Popcorn is actually pretty good for you without all the additives. Maybe they should try providing a healthy option with various seasonings along with the usual butter and salt if desired. Prices weren't bad in my opinion. What you would expect I guess.”

“The lobby isn't that big or nice HOWEVER the theaters themselves make up for it. Recliners, little food tables that you move around to your convenience. The price is super reasonable, it's super clean, bathrooms are a little small but i didn't have to wait for too long. “A nice little theater that's still standing while most of the towns other old landmarks have fallen. They've upgraded seating and, I believe, audio and visual as well. The seats are bigger and more comfortable, and I believe they recline or even rock. Popcorn and the few other eats I've tried have been good "movie" food. Best time to go is during the day, less people means less noise, better seating to choose from. A vintage or even antique, small theater that's perfectly adequate to provide a enjoyable viewing experience. They only take cash (do have an ATM inside) but the prices overall aren't as high as newer larger theaters.”
