“I called R&K to pull my rv out of the mud. I got it stuck at the edge of my property, next to a field, weather changed fast, and I made a bad call. These guys were out here within the hour. Very respectful, kept me in the loop with what we were doing, and we had it out in minutes. (They have a big truck). The reason I'm taking the time to write the review. Is bc I asked them to pull me to the edge of the yard and leave me there, (thinking I can make the last 5' to the road in the rv when time comes) but they waited around while I sat my leveling blocks out and tried to drive up onto them. Thank god they waited. Turns out that wasn't gona work either. So they hooked me back up and pulled me to the street. Thank you very much for not driving off, even after the job was done. But waiting the extra 15 min for me to get myself stuck again. I appreciate it. And I've learned a lot about the limits of my rv in the process. Highly recommend!”

“Perfect delivery! The gentleman called me about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know that he was on his way. And although he came by himself, AND had to park half way down the street, he didn't complain at all. Even asked me exactly where I wanted my items (3 theater chairs and a hood for my Toyota Sienna). He even offered to leave the wooden pallets because I had to have my items left on the ground in my underground parking space temporarily. Awesome Service!”
