“The only bad thing I can say about this place is there's a lack of staging area available for deliveries, But they are fast when the unload you. Also for some strange reason my phone 📱 didn't ring when they called me to back into a door, the receiver said that he called 5 times but I only had 1 missed call 📞 and I only noticed it because at 11:07am I received a phone call from a friend and noticed the 1 missed call at 11:04am .”

“I had called these guys very last minute today, and they were the only ones (company) to drop everything they were doing in order to help me move a 20 foot uhaul, up to the 3rd floor of and apartment building!! THEY SAVED THE DAY & unloaded the whole trailer, up 3 floors in 3 hours between the 4 of them! By far the best moving company, they beat all other moving company prices, were very professional, very kind, helpful and caring (as I tried to help unload he urged me to go and relax while they do their job!) “Before the move, I spoke with Zac and he walked me through just how much everything would likely cost. He requested pics of items I wanted moved and advised me of the costs ahead of time so that there would be few surprises. My movers, Jim and Paul, were amazing! They worked fast and efficiently. They were friendly but not overly so. They got the job done in the exact amount of time as the estimate made weeks in advance. I had over 40 boxes, some 15 HUGE garment bags, two tables, two office chairs, two TVs, and moved to another city 45 mins away in 2 hours and 15 mins. We didn’t go one minute over the estimate! I never thought two people could move me - I’d accumulated almost 20 yrs of stuff and they carried them all with care and swiftly. We communicated quite well before and during the move and I was moved so well that it surprised me. I love Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage - they made a believer out of me.
