“Called after being referred to unload a Mill I was getting for the house. Gave them dimensions, that I needed it moved from the trailer outside into the garage and the set. They sent over a quote and confirmed the time to do this. I spoke with them 3 days prior to the meet-up and said the Mill was in process of moving. They verified that I still planned to unload on the day we planned and said if any issues arise to just call. Sent them a note that we were good to go and they were there on time, even a bit early. Total time to unload from time they backed the forklift off was 30 minutes. They didn't skip safety or try to move to quick. They just knew what to do and how to handle it. Definition of proffesionalism.”

“Great guys and pretty good service. They were on time and friendly. Offered me water because I I was getting hot moving stuff to my car. When going to second location they left before me and I arrived before them. I understand with a big vehicle you have to go slow and they said they hit construction, so that may have been true. It did almost cost me another hour but they didn’t charge me for a few minutes over the time. My couch got a little scratch but nothing dramatic. Overall the price was good and the men were friendly, and I would recommend.”

“Just finished a move from WA to TX. U-pack was super easy to work with from scheduling to drop off, pick up to delivery, it was pretty seamless. In TX the delivery driver was friendly and communicated well. We had a major rain storm the day it was delivered and cause unloading delays. Upack was very understanding. When the trailer was picked up it had created a low impression on the gravel. The driver got out after moving the trailer and spent time to fill the hole flat. Save money and have peace of mind.
