“Wonderful local museum in old Town spring, even has an area that changes seasonally, right now it is about black history month, the lives of local community members in old Town spring heights and community projects. Very inspired and friendly staff.”

“I didnt know this place existed. I Googled hiking trails and I came up on a spot that caught my eye, The Stevens Creek Shoreline Nature Study Area. This is a must go to if you enjoy nature and water, The Rengstorff House is a nice place to visit and it was interesting to read some history on the oldest home in Mountain view.”

“Amazing city museum. You'll fully understand what wealth looked like in the 19th century if you visit this home. Staff very friendly and informative. Wood and marble detail inside the house is incredible. Plan one hour for the visit - don't rush once you're inside.”

“Solid parking lot. Parks are great, quite a few options depending on what you want to do, but all are beautiful.”

“Christiana is full of history but underrated. The Christiana Riot was a key event in the abolishment of slavery. From the underground railroad, to the Zercher's Hotel, where the museum is located, to the location of the old Riot House (marked with a sign), there is so much to see and learn. Occasionally, Christiana will have an open house at the museum or a full town tour to commemorate the Riot. During those times there is a lot to see. People will be dressed up, food will be available and much more. Otherwise, the museum is very basic and a quick visit. But interesting, nonetheless.”

“Oh man, this place is absolutely awesome. The two times I have been there, there were plenty of people but it wasn’t overrun with tourists taking selfies. Buffalo Bill’s story is incredible and this museum has an abundant inventory of authentic historic memorabilia from his life. The museum does a great job of telling the story of his life’s passages. Be sure to see the movie loop. There is actual film showing him and other performers in the show. Also, be sure to try some of the fresh home-made fudge!”

“Beautiful area and nice views from Lookout mountain. The museum itself has lots of original artifacts from the time period and his traveling show. I went on this as part of a larger tour and it was fine. However, unless you are a huge Buffalo Bill fan or driving close by I wouldn't go out of my way to visit it. I spent an hour there and it could be done in 30 minutes.”
