“Lovely and informative museum that beautifully illustrates the history of the Booth family. Vivid panels tell the story. The house is well-maintained and tidy. Our tour guide, a former teacher, passionately recounted the tragic story of this complicated American family. Will certainly return.”

“This place is an amazing piece of history. They have some really interesting artillery and it is a great place for kids to learn to learn. My son got to stand in the barracks where his great grandfather slept before shipping off to Italy as an MP. I'm incredibly grateful that it has been preserved and that I was able to share the experience with my family!”

“This small but mighty museum was a great stop on our Boston visit. We were welcomed immediately and our questions were answered. The set up and displays are great. Things to look at, touch, play with, and listen to. Even as adults we enjoyed the children's room. We we're fortunate to have the place to ourselves. Great for all ages. Our college age kids enjoyed too. Grounds were inaccessible in March but I'm sure they are beautiful in summer.”

“This place is a nice history museum that one can check out in like 30 minutes or less. They have lots of local history and memorabilia from around their community. When I toured it they had a cute Halloween costume display that included steampunk items. I thought it was a clever display. Its a cute building. Staff was very open and friendly without hovering.”
