“Interesting historical collection of artifacts with regional mementos and documents that includes the "lost battalion". I was impressed by the soldier's account of Forced labor and torture. Let's no forget that those acts of cruelty in hands of any government is unquestionably immoral. I appreciate the efforts of the individuals making possible to have the museum open for public visits. Thanks”

“One of the best selections of aerospace and aeronautical displays in the United States. Plan on spending at least 2 hours. We actually did the 2 day visit pass for 2 hours each day. Ensure you're aware of the opening and closing hours. Drink a lot of water if you're spending any time outdoor at the displays. Do the outdoor displays 1st then come back in the hangers as it gets hot outside quickly.”

“If you are history buff, especially of the Civil war, stop off and tour the boyhood home of Nathan Bedford Forrest. Don’t follow the GPS. It will not take you to the correct entrance. Turn at the historical marker on Pyles Rd. The gates were closed on our first attempted visit but it was the lunch hour so I guess they were closed. So glad we returned the next day at 1pm. The tour guide was knowledgeable with details. There were many artifacts from the 1800’s. The cedar smell in the log cabin remains which amazed me. Take a few minutes to relax in the rockers on the front porch. The rocking, gentle breeze, and the view will take you back to the 1800’s.”

“Was a really good time. It was great to walk around and see a castle completely built out of concrete from 1908. It had a different decorated Christmas tree in each room. Each tree had a pickle on it that you had to find, fun little game to play while walking around. The library had a great collection of original books from the time period. The tile work was amazing, so much to see.”

“The absolute best celebration of Independence Day. You can make a whole day event out of it or go for the evening and experience a true celebration that goes beyond fireworks. The reading of the Declaration of Independence, The Pledge of Allegiance led by the kids, the presenting of the military flags, and the National Anthem with an amazing fireworks display. A great way to teach and remind your kids what the 4th of July is about.”

“While it's not a massive space, I absolutely loved the collection of Hirschfield pieces. Some truly iconic pieces of art that you won't find anywhere else. Great spot to spend an hour two strolling around along with plenty of space to take a seat and relax. Surprisingly busy. Arrived minutes after they first opened and there was already a small crowd inside. FREE admission. FREE lockers! Clean spacious bathrooms.”

“What a fantastic tour. Angel was our hostess for the day and she was amazing. She answered every question we had (and I had a few lol) and recommended a few items (which we have brought 😝) The club was immaculately clean. Best part of our holiday. Want to go back one day and actually go to the evening.”

“I recently shot a wedding here and it was beautiful with all the fall leaves! The ceremony was in the Auburn Church and the reception was in the Bond (Lennah Bond Activity Center) building. The church is very bright with lots of natural light. The Bond building has garage style doors and very spacious. It also has bathroom facilities. It is a well kept property and a unique place to have a wedding. The fall leaves made for beautiful photos! It is also within walking distance of the town center. The property has other buildings as well. I tried the maple nut fudge from the shop and loved it. I would make the drive out there just for that again!”

“Great place to hold social gatherings. Graduations or quinces. Has a kitchen with a generous amount of space. The place isn't that bad. Only took pictures in the dark so not good enough for seeing the venue correctly.”
