If you’re into karaoke and like to jam out, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time. “One of the oldest, if not the oldest, running bar in NYC (don’t quote me on that but that’s what I was told). They just went under new management and redid the menu. This place is a must try. Great cocktail menu with plenty of options on the regular menu. We had some Atlantic oysters that were super fresh and the grilled bacon to start. Our server recommended the smash burger and the Chicken Paillard. Burger was one of the best I’ve had in the city. The Paillard was incredible. Super light, crispy, and the lemon kick was just what it needed. 10/10 dish. Of course we had to get the mac & cheese as well and it was great. Big fan of this place and will be back soon.”

Record albums a Weideman and Blatz beer sign etc. I had the Chefs salad with Raspberry vinaigrette and the obviously home made dressing wax the best I have tasted in my lifetime! Highly recommend their famous Rum Runners- very delicious and strong for a frozen drink. They always have a very friendly crowd and the staff is really great. Even when they’re busy (which is every time I’ve been) the servers are very attentive- but you can always go inside and order drinks directly from the bar. Cool Pool tables inside by the bathrooms. Just make sure you shut the front door behind you or guests will scream “shut the door” at you until it’s shut. Diverse group of people- all persons welcome. Biker and smoker friendly, too.”

“We found this place on a drive and really loved it. First off they are dog friendly. It seemed like a local place that was on the water and very laid back. We didn't eat but it looked like the portions were huge and everyone was enjoying the food. They had music we liked, so we sat on the docks with a drink listening to the music. The people were so friendly to us and our dog Max, as it looked like most people knew each other. We even met someone from around were we lived. We also watched the boats go by. We would definately go back again, we loved it.”
