I can't overstate how very thorough and professional they were. 2 days were spent caulking, repairing, and prepping, including repairing damaged wood trim. The painting was done with meticulous detail. They work with a crew of 6-7 people who worked seamlessly on various parts of the house at once. They showed up every morning at the same time and worked tirelessly to the end of the day. And the house looks fantastic - everything from trim, to soffits, to the detail between colors (primary, secondary, and trim).
