He truly is so friendly and has a great sense of humor but a wonderful business sense as well as he wants the customer to be happy no matter what!! He gave such wonderful suggestions that made our makeover so much more than we expected!! We transformed our living room into a dining room and there was a fireplace that was completely in need of something, but we were not sure what. Well, Dale had such wonderful suggestions for that old worn out fireplace and it came so easy to him. He and his crew were so wonderful during the entire process and could not have been more mindful of doing the their best! Our fireplace is now the focal point of our wonderful new dining room and everyone that comes to our home comments how wonderful it looks! Bottom line, both our rooms were absolutely beautiful when they were done and we love the job they did! They were all professional but so so friendly! We will absolutely be calling them back to do more of our rooms when we are ready! You certainly would not be disappointed with Dale and his crew!! ”
