“Nice lot with great visibility on nearly every direction. Feel somewhat safe leaving my car parked here. The access from either direction of 805 is very convenient, and 52 is about a mile south of this lot. Getting into and out of the lot is not too bad even during high traffic times. There are always plenty of spots. There is also a donation drop off here but no other amenities.”

“Neighbors were awesome, and very helpful. Took the kids to the beach and our inner tubes were flat when we got there. The kids started crying, but the people who lived there immediately offered to help. They had all three repaired and filled within 20 minutes! The beach itself was beautiful, and the kids had a blast. There is also portable potties on site, and a drinking fountain. The locals call it Mother's Beach. I would definitely recommend, if you have children.”
