“This is Albany Meds paid parking and only entrance now due to COVID I believe. Warning ⚠️ if you have to make a left to come in from New Scotland, you can only go straight into the toll entrance of the parking lot, you cannot proceed to drop off a patient. You should use the other entrance, a right off New Scotland, for Valet or patient drop off. ❤️”

“I had an issue with my car, one night after a concert. I found a scratch on the passenger door. I spoke to a manager, Kevin Pizano. He was great. Very attentive and professional. He showed me the ticket where the valet attendant had written down all the imperfections that my car already had BEFORE I handled the car over to them, and he was right. That scratch was done elsewhere. I was very grateful that he handled this personally and dealt with me, instead of just ignoring me.”

“This is a much cheaper parking option for The Ilikai Hotel. It does feel a little sketchy and there is obvious signs of vehicle break ins - fair amount of broken window glass on the ground. If I return to Oahu, I might try renting and returning a car each day to avoid parking fees overnight. I also overpaid to ensure I wasn't rushed to get to the car, but the tow truck drivers monitor regularly and it seemed better than the hassle of risking a tow.”
