“Since the record-breaking rain we received, I decided to clean my squirrel buster bird feeder. I got new hot meat feed and then cleaned it, as I've done many times before. This time; however, I somehow re-assembled the clean feeder incorrectly and something got jammed so I couldn't put it back together. I returned to The Bird Feeder store and received the most helpful and courteous help in getting it un-jammed, explaining how it goes together (as I have an older model), and got it completely put together and ready for the new seed. This is the the best bird store! I'll keep coming back.”

“Went here to get my daughter a fish tank for the gold fish she won at the carnival. This was our first time here. The store was small and cute and the customer service was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only pet we have is a goldfish so we probably won't need to return very often but I would surely recommend this location to friends and family.”

The owner, John, carried my 44 pound bag of dog food out to the trunk for me and always does. He's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to reptiles as that is what this store specializes in. “Since my dog has started coming to the Playful Pup back in May, there has been a huge difference in his overall behavior. We got my dog as a puppy and being in a crate all day he was pretty destructive when we got home from work. Once we started bringing him here, he stopped with many of his undesirable behaviors and he has become completely socialized with other dogs. He is always excited when I pull up to the place and cannot wait to go inside. I don’t know what I would do without this place!”
