“I had a bad experience at another place (PetSmart) and called Chuck & Dons to get our 100 lb. Bernese Mountain Dog groomed. When I made the appointment, the gentleman who booked it, asked me to call the groomer, Jessie, to make sure they could accommodate my needs (Bentley is petrified of the blower and has to air dry). He was so pleasant & professional while being helpful. I called Jessie prior to our appointment and she had some helpful suggestions (I've never heard of a "happy hoodie"). Long story a bit shorter, Jessie was AMAZING!! she took her time with him, gave him breaks, was so pleasant, cheerful and I could go on and on! She genuinely cares about her customers (human and pets) and stays in communication with you. If you're looking for a place to have your dog groomed, you absolutely have to come to Chuck & Dons and please tip your groomer well because they deserve it!! 😊”

“I called this company as I had a dying fish and this aquarium looked to be the closest and cleanest (tank picture) on google. After calling and speaking with Albert, the owner, he quickly diagnosed the situation and gave me a resolution. I then asked a good friend who has had fish his whole life and everything Albert told me was true. I immediately asked him to come check my commercial 90 gallon salt tank, which he had no objection to and advised me on everything it needs done & tester my water, complimentary! He’ll be my aquarium professional for sure while I have this tank.”

“Great first time visit! This store was a one woman show from washing, grooming, to cashier and she made it look effortless. When you arrive, there are two sets of doors, a double door and a single door on the left. Make sure to use the left one and ring the doorbell to be let in. Once inside, you'll be greeted by dog foods and supplies to the front and the wash and groom center past an open door to the right. You have the option to wash your dog yourself or have it done for you at one of the four available dog wash stations. We opted to wash our dog ourselves and were give two aprons and towels. Because it was our first time at a dog wash, she showed us how to use the machine. Make sure to bring your own shampoo or conditioner, but if you don't they have some available for purchase. Personally, she went above and beyond when she handpicked a shampoo for us with flea and tick after we mentioned heading to a national park and took the time to call us shortly after leaving when she noticed we forgot our dog brush. The total cost of a wash, shampoo, and extra flea and tick application came to a total of $40 which is extremely reasonable. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5/5 was because everytime I left to get something I had to ring the doorbell to be let in and it was extremely hot that day. However, once she noticed my frustration, she unlocked the door for me to make it easier on me.”

We learned that most dog food either has chicken meat or chicken flavoring in them. There are very few made without it. He introduced us to three different dog foods that did not contain chicken meat or flavoring. My dog hasn't had a long day and night of scratching since. We are so happy.”

“My family and I have come here a couple times as we recently started a small fish aquarium in our house. Their fish selection is amazing, and we have found their staff to be very knowledgeable about fish care and very friendly. They also have a huge selection of aquariums and decor. Maybe you pay slightly less at the local big box pet store, but this place is worth any extra cost for their selection and expertise. We also picked up a handful of ember tetras today and were pleasantly surprised they were on sale for half off (and CHEAPER than the big box stores, most of which don't have ember tetras).
