“I took my dog to Pause 4 Paws for the 1st time today, and when I picked her up she didn’t look stressed at all! She acted like she actually enjoyed her visit! As well as, she looks amazing! Her fur is SO white! They did a great job on her nails and teeth! And she smells cleaner than she has ever smelled when I take her other places! The workers seem to actually enjoy their job! It cost a little more than I’m used to, but I’m overall SUPER pleased with my pups visit! The extra $ is definitely worth it in my opinion!!”

“I love this store! Whenever I need a specific item, I can almost guarantee Phydeaux has it. From a RuffWear float coat, to a top entry litter box, hip leashes, dog toys, and everything in-between. All of their products are higher quality and I know if I were to have any issues they take care of me right away. The staff is super friendly and kind. I also tried their delivery service today and was blown away that something that would take weeks to ship from elsewhere was delivered to me in under 3 hours! The items were dropped off at my door and no knock or door bell to set off the dogs, which I appreciate that so much since I work nights and sleeping during the day is not easy. “River Bed Builders' Andrew Johnson is a professional through and through, very honest, and a great person to work with. They constructed my pond in 2018 during some difficult weather conditions. The pond was larger than I thought it would be. The pond looks like something you would find walking through Bernheim Forest. A giant waterfall gives the water some movement and adds oxygen to the water. Andrew suggested lights and I am glad I listened to him. The pond is even prettier at night time. The waterfall and fish are lit up. Andrew's creativity and ability to use natural rocks/boulders makes the pond special. He has been cleaning and maintaining my pond the last two years. What he says he will do he does. This is my third pond and is the best one yet. It gives me a lot of peace.”

I brought him in; everyone was kind + professional, prompt + considerate. The cost was very reasonable and in line with veterinary norms.
