“Had to have our boiler pump replaced. I called Monday morning and by 11:00am Scott was there to begin the repair and by 1:30 it was done. Great service and they didn't try to sell me on a new boiler or furnace. Just did what I asked with no complaints. The last time I had the pump replaced 10 years ago New Plumbing did it and it took 3 days to fix and cost 50% more. My only complaint was my pipe size was 1.25" and Scott had to go rent a kit at a local plumbing supply store so driving time and kit rental probably cost me at least $100 more. So make sure you let them know ahead of time in detail what they may need to bring from their shop. Take pictures and email them if necessary to minimize down time as they charge about $90 an hour plus additional supplies they may need to leave for and pick up.”

A couple of guys showed up quickly, I was given notice before so I could meet them, they did what needed to be done, explained to me and offered a couple of different solutions (my faucet needed to be replaced- they could temporarily fix it or replace it. I chose to replace it). They got what they needed and had it installed quicker than I could go to Lowe's and pick out a faucet myself. The service I received was awesome. “I first contacted David when my wife's aunt passed away and we needed to perform major repairs on the condo for sale. The condo needed a new hot water heater, and it was a tricky installation due to the location and size of the original water heater. “Really fantastic and friendly service. We had a toilet leak on our main level, the wax seal had failed and water seeped through our floors causing quite the mess. Insurance highly encouraged us to have a plumber come by and just double check that nothing worse was going on even though we were pretty sure we knew what it was about, so Justin came out to look things over and make sure no more damage had been done or anything else was a concern. I always feel that when someone tells me “you probably don’t need me to come out, you could save your money” that you’re dealing with an honest person who isn’t looking to charge you whatever they can. This stuff can be scary and overwhelming and that’s exactly who i want in my corner when things like this happen, someone looking out for my family’s best interests. I can count on one hand the number of times someone has advised me that I probably didn’t need to spend money with them.
