“This is the 3rd time we have used Citywide for HVAC issues and they have been great every time! Of course on a Sunday of record heat, we woke up to a warm house. Called Citywide at about 10am and was told they would be able to get a tech out between 2pm and 4pm and that they would call around 30 minutes before arrival. They called about 12:15 that they were about 10 minutes away. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes! He was very friendly and professional, and gave us some tips of things to check in the future. “Shawn was not sure if the job was going to take all day or not. He was afraid that he would need to break out a portion of the wall. In addition the cabinet refinishers had tossed out a needed part to attach the disposal!! Shawn called the office to see if they had an extra of the missing part, and Mr. Knight brought it over. I call that service!!! Shawn was able to loosen the rusted pipes and in about two hours, I heard the water in the kitchen sink and the disposal running!! I honestly looked up prices for the service before he came, and when he told me the quote on fixing my issue, it was perfectly in the middle between the lowest cost and highest cost. He also mentioned he only gets paid by the hour, so he has no incentive to charge more for less. He worked quickly, efficiently, and got the job done exactly as intended.
