“I went through Alligator Plumbing recently to get a sewer re-pipe performed. I have read reviews saying how they are expensive but what I CAN say is, the quotes I got from 5 other companies were $10-20k above what Alligator quoted me and they were willing to come down. They are rationale and we’re willing to work with me. All are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I inspected as much of their work as I could, looking for anything to be wrong (Sorry Bobby lol) but I was very satisfied to find next to nothing. These are the guys you need for you plumbing and well… everything else that they offer. They’re jacks of all trades and masters of everything. Services ACTUALLY performed: sewer re-pipe, water main re-pipe, utility lines for a sink in the garage installed, water heater expansion tank removed and replaced with thermal expansion valve, bushes removed per request, repaired leaky valves that leaked after installation on utility line, advised me with sprinkler system. I may have even forgot a few services. Techs: Bobby, AW, Joey, Junior, and 2 others. 👍👍”

“IMPRESSED! I had a backup in my main drain line and apparently, the line had several "offsets" and the clog was beyond camera view due to one. Tyler and his partner worked blindly on my line for over 2.5 hours and were able to break down the clog and open my line to the street. This was the second time in 6 months this had happened to me. I emailed them and sent photos of the existing hot water heater and received a fair estimate. When I called on 4/6 to schedule the installation I was amazed at the rapid availability and scheduled it for 4/7 ( Good Friday). They called promptly to let us know they were on the way and the work was completed in a very timely manner. “We were having issues with our pipe in the wall in our kitchen, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. I called the office and office staff was so courteous and friendly. Seems like they really put your anxieties at ease. This company doesn’t charge “trip charges” and don’t lie to you about what’s going on. Once the claim was in process I called Master Rooter and they came over quickly to assess the damage. Alex, was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect. His team consisted of Roman and Robert they came over and started opening up the walls to see what’s happened. The fixed it like the professionals they are as promptly as they could. These issues sometimes take time so they asked for patience and I had all understanding that “it’s a process”. I definitely wanted it done right. Roman, Robert and Alex were respectful of our home and cleaned up when they needed to. Very friendly and answered questions as they could. I’m so pleased with their work and I will be referring them to my friends and family for as long as I live. They are a prime example of how a company should work together !!
