He is also one of the assistant plumbing inspectors for the town which means you know it will be done right from the beginning. Kate the office manager is super quick to respond to emails! “Ameriserve repiped my two story house with Pex and alse replaced the main pipe from the sidewalk to the house. The workers, Jose, Mario and Salvador showed up on time and proceeded with their work despite 110 deg weather. The work was finished in three days which included replacing the water heater. They were very efficient and kept the floors covered and as clean as possible. We alse had hot and cold water every night. The holes in the sheetrock were minimal and were covered up so that they are hardly visible, of course they need to be painted. Are we happy? Yes, I took a shower and my wife turned on all kinds of faucets but the water flow and temperature in my shower never changed. The workers did an outstanding job and I would recommend them highly.”

“Atlantis Plumbing replaced the main water line from the meter to inside the house main shut off valve. They were on time and it is working fine. However, I can only hope that the underground installation has a higher quality level than the visible in house portion. When I asked to straighten the installed piping I was told that a few degrees out of plum wouldn’t hurt anything. The bent lines a certainly under unnecessary stress. Update: I was contacted by the office and they sent somebody to fix above problem within a few days. I’m pleased with the now straitened lines. Very responsive company and they stand behind their quality promise.”

“Absolute Plumbing is a lifesaver! We had a washing machine leaking in the wall and needed someone for an emergency fix. Jerry (the owner) came out personally, within the hour, and cut out the broken pipe, made the fix and tested everything. He wanted to make sure that we were not without water for an extended period of time. One important lesson, if you have a leak you need to be able to shut off the water quickly and easily to mitigate any extra damage. Have Absolute Plumbing install a whole house shutoff valve that is easy to access in emergency situations. Thank you!”

“Damian did a great job of fixing my drainage issue. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and took his time figuring out the best place to access my sewage line. I had been having gurgling, toilet was not flushing properly and sewage backing up in the basement floor drain. He was able to get the everything unclogged and used his camera to access the issue which ended up being roots growing in my sewage line. He showed me on his camera the extend of the root growth then finished blasting the roots out with his hydro jetter. I was very pleased with the service and pricing!”

“Myers installed a backflow prevention device which metro water required us to fit in relation to a pool auto fill. They came out and advised me on the metro codes and that i would need a variance for some locations of the install and how to work with metro water on this. it was excellent service and i now have a backflow device working, passed metro tests after a successful variance was approved. super knowledgeable and helpful. i never had any concern with their knowledge or trusting their expertise or work.”
