“I have had a P.O. Box here for about 10 years and the service has been hit and miss. The current staff is great though, packages are consistently put in the overnight box to retrieve after hours. I can't even remember the last time my mail was sorted wrong. The only drawback are the short hours. It's hard to buy stamps or send packages. ”

“I love "Informed Delivery " it lets me know when my mailman screwed up my mail. I had a W2 that was expected to be delivered yesterday. Obviously the mailman lost it or put it in another person's mail box. Same thing happened with my other son's w2. He called his employer to verify the address. They mailed it to the correct address. Guess what? He never got it. Too bad I didn't have informed delivery at that time. I swear I love this feature! ???? Now I have proof that the mailman is the problem. ????”
