They respond promptly whenever I text or call them even after hours and weekends, and sends someone to fix the problem as soon as possible. Their handyman Dave and his sons will call and make an appointment to fix any issues. They fixed the screened patio door. When the sink started to leak, they replaced it. When the bottom of the toilet became unstable they came the very next day to fix it. They even fixed a minor damage in the wall paper in the master bath. Kim in the office responds to my emails in a timely manner, after hours and even on weekends. Mary Jo always sends updates about any community activities we have.
