“I lived here for 3 years, and I have been calling this place home since 2019. Friendly staff, and very helpful. They really care about their residents and their apartments. If anything wrong happened in the apartment or needed to be fixed, I submit an online maintenance request and it only takes them 3 days max to come and take care of it. They do a maintenance check up twice a year. They’re also involved with their residents by hosting appropriations events, as well as hanging gifts on our doors in the halloween or Christmas. I had a great memories here with my family.”

“I was definitely skeptical about this place after reading reviews. We were 2 couples and staying for Wurstfest. We had a great time and thought the condo was perfect for our needs. Yes the place needs an update but I appreciate not having to pay $$$$$ for a decent place to stay. We all thought the place was extremely clean. Plenty of hot water with comfortable beds. We didn’t do any cooking but they did have a small coffee pot and a wine opener so what else could you ask for right?! Plus the shuttle to the festival was included in the price and was extremely convenient. The main resort had breakfast included but we had to get our fill of breakfast tacos so we didn’t try theirs. For Wurstfest this was a great option and highly recommend. I can’t imagine this to be a bad option in the summer. I don’t need luxurious accommodations to bring kids. They don’t care at all but my wallet is appreciative. The lack of a star for me is because parking spots are not assigned and we had issues with other guests one night. We only had one vehicle and other guests seemed to have several cars making us park out of the way.”

“I've lived once was called Carmichael Gardens which now renew4247 for thirteen years and 5months. My experience with Carm. Gardens was up and down. When I first moved here it was a beautiful and peaceful place to live, but when they started changing managers, one didnt know what the other was doing and some were on power trips, so that affected everything from getting things done. The only only I can say was worth it @ Carm Gardens was Ronnie our maintenance man, he tried his best to keep our complex and tenants happy. We'd asked to have something fixed through the office and maybe it got done. But if we caught Ronnie he'd work it in that day or the next sometimes off the clock. Since the new company bought out Carm. Gardens, ( which had the nickname, Carmichael Gardens the Hood) we have a new face lift, maintenance is taken care of within the day, or Brittney will call and ask if they could come fix it the next day. I have nothing but good things to say. Brittney our manager is awesome. If I was a looking to rent, it would be here Renew4247.”

Access to the beach is easy and comfortable with a shower at the entrance. It is very quiet, you will hear the sea at all times. Perfect to rest, to come with the family, for a few romantic days, to enjoy the sun and the beach and discover this beautiful island. If you want tranquility, this is your place.”
