All of the leasing agents and managers I met and corresponded with were knowledgeable and professional. The online application process, maintenance requests, and bill pay are convenient and easy to use. The apartment and property are well maintained. I had a few minor items that should have been redone before moving in, such as fresh paint to remove remanents of the previous tenants and some other minor wear and tear. But, the things that really matter, such as central air, up-to-date appliances, in unit washer dryer, secure doors and windows, and plenty of lighting, are functioning as expected.”
