“I see alot a bad reviews but i dont share that experience at all. The most common review is roaches. Ive never seen any roaches as most of the bad reviews mention. Im guessing tenants that just had issues with office. Anything that needs fixing, the office has literally jumped on it including replacing kitchen oven when it died, iand light bulbs for ceiling light. They actually encourage tenants to request fixing anything that needs fixing soon as its needed without any delays. The spaces are small and yes rent was cheaper when i 1st moved in but water and trash are never free. Either buildings include it or itemize so you can see exactly what your paying which is what vista sun offers. I dont get how anyone thinks appartment buildings dont pay for water. compare the apartments in same area it really is cost efficient, very clean, includes a parking spot which im soo greatfull for because the street parking is always full by the time i get home at night. The building has updated new roofs, new staircases, painted every building with all new mod. colors, updated landscaping, rejuvenated the pool area, and the front office is renovated nicely., even the laundry room has been renovated. If the building mgmt team didnt actually care, none of the new upgrades would have happened at all. I appreciate all the effort and work and i can easily see the office is striving to make things better. There are too many run down waaay over priced dives in same area that have no intention on rejuvenating the place. I do need to move because i want a bigger place but i doubt anyplace will care as much as vista sun to make the building better.”

“I just left, i had stayed here for two years. The staff there were very friendly, approachable, and helpful in many ways for me. My apartment didn't have major issues. There are some ants here in there in the summer. But a little bug spray worked to stop that. Maintenance came out and fixed things in a timely manner. There are some kids that play around in the complex that are left unattended. I hope the parents will do better when it comes to that. It was over all cool for me and mines.”

By real estate law he cannot talk to you, and he didn't. You had no conversations, no dealings with Larry. Your agent or maybe you and your wife set an astronomical price on a house that appraised way under that price. You should have had an appraisal from the beginning, something Larry insists on with his sellers. Larry did nothing for you - he sold your house. He sold your furniture to the buyer. Is there anything else he did for you? Oh yes when you had a package addressed to your old residence he went and got it and gave it to you. Mr. Chiaromonte you just don't want to accept the fact that you set the price, you did not find a buyer, you did not sell your furniture, you are pissed off and at the wrong person.”
