“I loved my home, but... I started to see homes that were newer, nicer and had what I have always wanted, a view. Marcus and I teamed up and searched Auburn for "that one special home." “Island club was such a fun place to stay for our girls trip!! Cute little cottage with multiple bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also had a combined kitchen, dining, and living room which was the perfect space to hangout. We also had a porch and were within walking distance to the pool on property! Check-in was super easy and had a door lock with code to get in. The place was clean and we brought our own towels and sheets. Would love to come back and stay again!”

“WOW!!!! Simply amazing. Both the property and the Property Manager exceeded my expectations. I am not sure at all what the experience was prior to this Manager; however, I visited today and saw a very well maintained property. Lawn and landscaping looked good. The units were spacious with up to date amenities within the actual homes. The area is a small secluded property off of a small road providing a very private, intimate living environment. The garages and the way of entering the homes are sexy with an extra space off from the garage area/basement that can be used for an office or even an additional room. The customer service that the property manager Lisa has provided me from my initial inquiry up until my signing of the lease was refreshing and not seen these days. She made this application process and my search for a new home effortless! I am grateful. Take a bow Lisa!”

“I love living at Brisa it has the best amenities and the staff really cares about the tenants (and the property is kept up fantastic). this week they held a pool side get to know your neighbors event with music and drinks at the pool they had a great assortment of wines and beverages to please all even sodas for the kids. Last month they sponsored pizza and brew night. The office and maintenance staff know the tenants by name and always great with a smile. My apartment is awesome with my private screened in deck and has elevators . It's just a great place to live.”

“Great apartment in a great location. The apartments are very large. I was able to fit an elliptical, a dining room table, 2 couches, a coffee table, and a dumbbell weight rack and still had plenty of room. Dog friendly, they recently added a dog run too which is great to be able to let my dog run off leash. The gym is one of the best gyms you’ll get for a gym that is included in your rent. Having a pool and a tennis court is also amazing when it starts to get nice out. Everything is very clean. Parking is easy, and you’re so close to the highways that getting places is so easy. Margaret is new in the office and has been very responsive and helpful, a great addition to the staff. The supers are very quick to fix any issues that may arise but honestly I think they only had to come to my apartment 2 times in the 3.5 years I was here.”
