“Just back from staying at the Gertrude Village House in Siesta Keys Florida. First and foremost I would like to say that Dan our point of contact for this rental property was amazing!! He was very attentive and quick with his response to any questions that I had prior to and while we were there. The Gertrude Village House was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. There was plenty of room for 6 girls. The property was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was great to have linens/bath towels along with beach towels ,chairs ,wagon and umbrella provided for the beach. Dan even provide 2 bottles of wine to help us start our vacation! (: Do not second guess renting this property. We also couldn't have asked for a better location. The property was located 1 block from the beach and the Village was basically right in our back yard. The Gertrude Village House provided such a tropical island feel that the only problem we had was we couldn't stay longer... Thank you Gertrude Rentals and Siesta Keys for provided us with such a memorable mini vacation! We will be Back! (:”

“What a BEAUTIFUL building with the perfect space host an event! We rented the Main Lounge & Cafe to host a launch event for a new business initiative. The furniture, tables, and built in's were so nice to just already have in place. Scout was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating with our needs. I was planning this event from a different state, but never once felt uneasy or worried about it turning out the way I envisioned. Would definitely recommend!”

“This was one of the nicest apartments I have ever had the pleasure to live in. Great amenities like the pool, gym, a drink fridge in unit, in unit washer-dryer, and proximity to downtown Fort Worth. The units were brand new and we had a corner unit that was pretty quiet and had lots of natural light. The staff were also fantastic, friendly, responsive, and move in and move out were incredibly streamlined and easy. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone working in or around downtown Fort Worth. The one thing that could not be helped were some of the other inconsiderate tenants. We did not have a unit by the pool but others did and had constant noise issues with people swimming in the pool loudly after closing time. We also had a weed smoker down the hall for us that would light up what felt like every weekday and it would make the hallway reek; luckily could not be smelled in our unit. The last thing that I couldn't understand was people not picking up after their pets and refusing to do any reactivity training their dog meaning every time a door opens and closes their dog just loses their mind (I have a dog, it's not hard to teach them not to bark at literally everything; if you're living here you can afford dog training). The pet stations were always full stocked and appropriately emptied yet people wouldn't pick up after their pet less than 5ft from a doggy station, just lazy and inconsiderate of others. The apartment complex does pretty much everything they can to mitigate these issues so it still gets a hearty recommend from me, but understand other people are going to be people and may not respect the property like you do.”

“I absolutely love Chelsea Apartments! My husband and I have been living here for over 3 years. It's a quiet and safe neighbourhood, almost tucked away. But still conveniently located close to Fort Eustis, the I-64, 7-11, and a quick drive down to historic Yorktown. The property managers are great to work with - Shelly and Jackie are an absolute delight! I've never had an issue with maintenance, work orders are handled quickly. It is a heavily wooded area, so you tend to see more insects around here. It's a trade off for the beautiful trees. Management is good to get your unit sprayed when needed. The price for the size of the units and location is a big plus! We're moving and haven't been able to find anything worth the value of Chelsea Apartments. I would highly recommend living here!”

“I love living here! It’s a small quiet neighborhood that is pet friendly. I’ve been living here for a little over a year and we’ve had minimum issues, but maintenance always steps in and saves the day. The biggest issue we had were bugs. We live towards the wooded area and there’s a small creek so we’ve dealt with spiders outside and inside alongside a ridiculous amount of mosquitoes. The rental company sent out an exterminator and problem solved. Besides that, it’s perfect for my family and fur baby. I also love the location because it’s only five minutes away from Brier Creek shopping area. Additionally, thank you to Juanita, our Leasing Specialist, for checking in to see how our living situation is going!”
