Just the coffee bar alone was so luxurious with so many assorted options, we needed absolutely nothing. We appreciate the luxury of needing nothing and getting to focus on the important stuff-celebrating Grandpa. We can’t wait to return!”

“I've had the fortunate experience of working with Anne to both buy and sell a house. Four years ago, I was looking for a moderately priced home in Rocklin--my first house--and was referred to Anne. She treated me like her own relative, giving me her honest opinion on houses she didn't think were up to snuff and being super responsive when I found something I liked. Thanks to her hard work, I successfully purchased the first home I put a bid on. Phew! Anne was active in the closing process, which was great since I was new to all this, and also had lots of helpful resources for handyman work and the like. I very much enjoyed my time in that house. “Sandy Shores 401 My Fiancé and I stayed here for a short while as we were making a small vacation out of a wedding visit. We were a bit disappointed by how late the check-in time is, but I guess through the years they have gotten later at most places. We were able to get in an hour early, and when we needed a few extra minutes at checkout the office allowed us the time we needed which was very kind! The shower was bit slow to drain, but the condo appeared to be very clean and kept upon our arrival. There is no dish rack for handwashing dishes, so plan for time to empty the dishwasher before leaving. Most places I've stayed at ask that you run the dishwasher before leaving and they will empty it. Not this one, so just plan for this. The location is incredible, as it is directly across the street from John's Pass, full of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It is a bit far from a Liquor Store or a Grocery if you are not renting a car, however the local trolley system is very nice! We utilized it to ride up to Clearwater and back a couple of times to shop and eat. It's much cheaper than a rideshare, and they run every 30 minutes from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. Based on our experience, we would happily return!”
