It really turned into a whole weekend of celebration and everyone had a great time! It was such a fun and unique experience and I wouldn’t change a thing about it! Everything about this place is stunning and so unique! There are so many great picture opportunities throughout the property and it photographs beautifully! “I’m not one to really take the time to write a letter of recommendation, but my wife and I recently had an experience with a real estate agent that was truly exceptional to the extent that I could not, in good conscience, continue without singing here praises. Marieste Emura with Keller Williams in Sarasota had sold several houses in our neighborhood in Center Gate. She would occasionally knock on our door and introduce herself in case we were interested in listing our home. She wasn’t pushy just very friendly. When we did decide to list we had spoke with several agents, Marieste seemed more concerned with what we wanted instead of selling a home quickly. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with every decision. She was happy to go along with our higher than market starting price. Because my wife was protective of her home Marieste suggested we just start with three days of realtor guided appointments. She really got the word out, had incredible photos taken and scheduled appointments one after the other.
