The neighborhood is very quiet even while being conveniently located near Interstate 65. The maintenance team responds immediately to a resident request. The front leasing office is amazing, Megan has been very helpful always with everything, very responsive,even set up auto pay with ease , was provided refreshments in the office from there stocked fridge. If your looking for a world class apartment home just minutes from Downtown Indianapolis this is the place! I have lived here for two months ,and have had a custom home built before,lived in very nice homes, this matches the incredible quailty but without the up keep of a home ,this is a maintenance free,worry free lifestyle, Redwood Indianapolis!”

“We have been living at the Village Lofts for almost 2 years. First of all... the apartment homes are BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS! We live on the second floor so we have neighbors above and below us as well as next door. We barely hear anything from inside of our home. Secondly, I can't express enough how awesome the staff are. The community manager, Jenni, is one of the sweetest ladies ever! When my husband went through the life changing ordeal of losing his leg, she and her staff made themselves available to help accommodate us in any way necessary! Her kindness and the attentiveness of the maintenance team was amazing. Living at the Village Lofts has been amazing!”
