When I couldn't come down to see the apartment, she did a video tour, took pictures for me and even offered to tape out the dimensions of my furniture! She also helped me understand all the details about renting an apartment (since it was my first time). I was running a little behind when moving in and she stayed after hours to make sure I got here ok and so I could get into my apartment and have a place to sleep.
