“One time our A/C broke (...in July...in NC...yikes!) and at 9pm my husband and I put in a request to have it fixed, writing in the request that it was not an emergency and it would be fine to wait until morning. Less than 1 hour later, an on-call maintenance team member, Manny, knocked on our door to check out the system. He told us that he knew that we had just had a baby (we have always been friendly with the maintenance crew since we live across from their workshop), and he wanted to make sure we could be comfortable through the night. It was above and beyond what we asked for or anticipated, and we were super grateful!”

“As seasoned travelers, it is rare that a rental property meets all of our expectations - this cabin did! This cabin and location are wonderful. The cabin is beautifully decorated and the beds and furniture are clean and comfortable. The spacious floor plan provided plenty of space for our group (5 adults, 1 baby) with room to spare. We were excited that the cabin was located so closely to the areas we wished to visit, such as Old Man's Cave and Lake Logan. The location of the cabin is far enough from town to feel secluded, yet close enough so that a quick trip is not inconvenient. One evening we even had some unexpected, but beautiful snow! The views of the snow covered ridge from the back porch were gorgeous. The combination of wood burning fireplace and hot tub helped us settle in for a cozy and relaxing evening. We couldn't have asked for a better trip. This little cabin has it all - and Sarah was a delight to deal with. I'm sure we'll be back!”

Gabby Gilbert, the property manager has been the best. She is always attentive to my needs and she follows-up with whatever is happening. The maintenance staff has always been the best. Their response is within 1/2 days at the most. The entire group is first rate to me. Thank you Mosaic staff!!! Part 2. Still happy here, but,,,,,, way to many fire alarms.. People do not exit the building anymore. This needs to be addressed please. It’s going off now, 10:30pm- 10:39pm, Sunday night.”
