“Having worked with Carolyn recently, I never want to do a real estate deal without her! Carolyn was highly recommended by friends for the sale of a Greenwich condo. She came to us in difficult circumstances -- this was in the midst of the COVID pandemic, and we were selling the house due to an illness and imminent death in the family. From the first time we spoke, Carolyn was efficient but empathetic, professional but kind, and incredibly reassuring. She was extremely helpful in establishing a listing price in the absence of helpful comps. “I wanted to share my experience with Jack and Sheila of Listing Results. Keep in mind that if you use their service, you need to plan on doing a lot of the leg work yourself. This service is catered towards for sale by owner customers. Meaning you want to sell your home yourself and have to do most of the work yourself. The largest benefit of using their service in my opinion was them listing my property on MLS, reviewing the offers with me, and the viewing scheduling service where agents have to schedule to view your property ahead of time. I was still living in my home when it went on the market so this service was essential. You cannot expect Jack and Sheila to do the same amount of work as if you hired a real estate agent who gets paid on average 3% of the sale price of your home. They provide good service for amount they charge. I was glad to pay their prices versus paying another real estate agent 1-3% commission. I also want to note that I am proactive, complete paperwork easily, can upload and sign documents electronically, can communicate effectively with all parties, and ensure things get done on time. I also did my own research online throughout the process. I searched google for things like “how to sell your home without an agent” and read a lot of articles and blogs. Their service was great for someone like me and I saved thousands of dollars using their service. Jack and Sheila were honest and no they do not sugar coat anything. I appreciated that. You just simply can’t receive the same service from them as you would if you hired another real estate agent that does everything for you but requires more commission. If that was possible Jack and Sheila would put other real estate agents out of business. I accepted a really good offer and went into contract the first day on the market. We closed about 30 days later with no issues. I hope sharing my experience helps, happy selling!”

“I generally don't write reviews but I feel like the staff has gone out of their way to earn it! I moved in October 11 of 2021 which happened to be a holiday. I was moving across the country and a few days before they called to tell me that they were closing the office on the 11th, but since they'd already offered me the 11th, and I'd already had my travel plans arranged, they went above and beyond when the office manager offered to meet me upon arrival to finish the paperwork and get me my keys. Move in was quick and smooth and the apartment was and still is in great shape. Nothing worth even bringing up to complain about! Since then, the grounds have been well kept and I can tell that effort is going into renovation and upkeep projects consistently. The grounds staff is always outside doing repairs and they're always friendly! The office staff regularly communicates with residents about things that are going on in the community and they've been nothing but helpful and kind every time I've talked to them. Today I woke up and found the whole staff, from the grounds crew to the office folks, waiting at the exit gate with breakfast snacks and juice to give out to residents starting their day. I haven't had any reason to put their responsiveness to the test when it comes to maintenance, but that's not a bad thing! I moved in sight-unseen, being from out of the area, and I am still very happy with my choice!”
