Thomas was fantastic at handling them quickly and didn’t make me feel like I was being a pest trying to get things that seemed “little” handled. He was even kind enough to share his personal cell phone in case we ran into any further troubles. Luckily all of our issues were quite minor and he was able to fix them himself or set us up with the appropriate outside vendor who also fixed them very quickly. “I have not had the same experience others have while living here. The manager has always been friendly and accommodating. I have had 3 maintenance issues since my residency began and all were fixed and addressed in less than 24 hours. I will say new management came in in November of 2016, so perhaps the new management has tightened up. All in all rent is competitive, management friendly and effective, and *most* of the residents are extremely friendly. My only real complaint is the lack of parking. It is hard to have company as most visitor spots are already taken by residents. However, I'm not even sure how they could fix the parking issue as there is only so much space. **Update** I recently moved out of town and wanted to add a final note to my review. The management team has always been friendly and supportive and that continued through my moving out. I have nothing but positive things to say about each staff member and recommend giving Pacific Pointe a visit if you're looking for a new place to call home!”
