The Management team we have now are the BEST! They go above and beyond to help you. The maintenance team are wonderful. All you have to do is ask. We are close to so many amenities. Many right here on site, pool, laundry room, game and exercise room, tennis court and a dog run just to mention a few. Others within a 5 mile radius, grocery stores, restaurants, churches, schools, golf courses, gas stations, and so much more. Also Lakes for boaters and fishing. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. There was a problem earlier but it has been taken care of. Happens anywhere. I have lived a lot of places in a lot of states but this one tops them all. It's a place I call HOME!”

“This is the second year we booked our October FL Palm Coast beach vacation through V-trips. The booking and property management teams were very professional and responsive to our needs. This year, our trip was scheduled ahead, but our arrival date fell 2 days after hurricane Ian. The team communicated with us regarding the condition of the property. We were able to travel as scheduled because of V-trip's quick assessment of the property. They scheduled the pool cleaning for the next day. V-trips staff checked on any needs the next day. The beach home was very clean and the experience both years have been excellent. We'll continue to book through V-trips. The "backyard" view was super with the Atlantic Coast sunrises.”
