“Please disregard all old reviews. Hedgerow has been under new management for almost 4 years now. I am a tenant who’s been staying over here for those 4 years. This is actually my 1st apartment ever. When I initially moved into my apartment it was newly renovated and I loved everything about it.. I can say that I really love staying here. Whenever you have a problem you can literally call the front desk and get whatever solved. Usually Ms. Linda gets the job done. She’s so sweet ! Maintenance is ON SPOT. They fill orders expeditiously and are very hardworking.Only downsides are we have a lot of cats lol but they don’t bother people . 5 stars for the new and improved Hedgerow. Kuddos to the management! Oh yeah, we just got new roofing, grass, and a lot of trees were chopped down for a better presentation ❤️❤️❤️”

I was unable to go directly to the complex for medical reasons for a tour, but Jacqueline took time to show me an apt virtually. The apt and the grounds were very nice and clean and she explained everything thoroughly. Although I did not rent with Crosspoint I will say that they have excellent customer service, very prompt with email and phone call correspondences. “We stayed at the Tranquility Lodge property back in October and the overall experience was great! The house was amazing! Very quiet neighborhood and just beautiful all around. Clean, welcoming, and had a very homey feel. Plenty of space for everyone who stayed there. Heather provided wonderful customer service and was able to answer all of our questions about our stay. My only recommendation would be for them to upgrade the mattresses, the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in and didn’t allow for a good night’s rest. Even so, I would definitely come back for another stay, the place really is just beautiful.”

“This is a company that cares,and these days that is few and far between. They are professional, honest,and bottom line is not just about the money. Homeowner passed away, the family took over,they were ruthless. Even about their brothers passing they didnt seem to care about anything except the money. They sold the property to Brick and Morter.The tenant was asked to leave so that they could rehab the place.In the meantime,the tenants child caused a plumber to have to come out,and they did not bill the tenant.They also made sure the tenant was able to find a place,in a reasonable amount of time, and they helped pay for the tenant to rent the new place.They were a God sent because a woman and a child would have been homeless.They are amazeing!”
