“I absolutely love living at Abberly Solaire! The apartments are gorgeous and spacious, with high ceilings and big windows (there's also numerous floor plans to choose from). The grounds are well-kept and it always looks neat and tidy around the complex. The office staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and always ready to help if something comes up. The maintenance staff are also very nice, professional, and efficient. These apartments have wonderful amenities (beautiful pool, nice lounge area, gym, and convenient dog park) and it's also in a great location, near a bunch of stores and restaurants, but is still is peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this apartment complex!”

“Visited the The Little Blue Crab house in November 2022. Wonderful time on the waterfront pier. Good fishing and crabbing. House was clean and comfortable. Property manager was great and addressed any needs immediately. Very cozy and quaint 1 bedroom 1 bath rental. Lots of sitting area and large entertaining area. Fully furnished with great appliances. Awesome HOT water with good pressure. Crab traps were available to use so we didn't need to bring any. Warf was lighted for night fishing. Sunset and sunrise was beautiful on the marsh. We will definitely rent this home again.”

“My aunt has lived here for a few years now. The place is very clean and kept up, nicely decorated and furnished. It's very safe, you need a code or call a resident to get into the building. It is all wheelchair accessible and there are call buttons in the apartments in case of emergencies. The apartments are spacious with full kitchens and big bathrooms. It is a terrific solution for low income housing. I really don't think it deserves one star from some random person who met a grumpy resident. Lol.”

“Integrity Property Management has been our property manager for the past 10 years. I spent a long time trying to identify a property management company that met my requirements. We are extremely happy we went with Integrity. Kiley has been our designated property manager since day one. She has been nothing short of phenomenal. We have had a few issues with our HOA, tenants, and maintenance issues. She has handled each situation fast and ensured everything was taken care of. We have been out of state for a few years and we have had a few different tenants. She has always found a new tenant immediately and we have never not have someone cover the rent. Additionally, she ensures we rent at a price that we like and is competitive enough to get a new tenant. We could not be happier with Kiley. We have dealt with a couple other departments at Integrity and they have been extremely helpful as well. This past year we had our first major maintenance issue. A faulty toilet leaked through the ceiling and flooded part of the downstairs. Close to $20,000 in damages. Kiley and her team were quick to ensure everything was taken care of. There have been a couple other small issues, but every time Kiley made an extremely stressful situation get taken care of. She really does care that our home is taken care of and we have good tenants. We hope to be with her and Integrity for many years to come. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive property management, but they have been worth every dollar. We highly recommend Integrity Property Management for anyone that wants a company you can trust. Thank you to Kiley and everyone at Integrity!”
