“If you’re looking for a place to live, look no further! I lived here for over 3 years and it was the best living experience ever! Unfortunately, we had to move out of state due to my husband’s job. The community manager, Angie, is wonderful and cares so much about the community and the residents. The communication between the office and residents is outstanding! We would get an email or text about upcoming projects, reminders, etc. The office staff is very pleasant, dedicated and responsive. The maintenance team is professional, respectful and responds quickly to all work orders. The grounds are very well kept. They have several floor plans to choose from and the location is in a booming area with everything at your fingertips. I read the negative reviews and you just can’t please everyone. There are always going to be Debbie downers and negative Nancys. I’ve transferred twice on property and my neighbors had nothing but positive things to say about this community. HOWEVER, around a year ago, Valiant Residential took over and the difference has been night and day! Kira is the regional property manager and she has been extremely helpful. Priscilla is the assistant property manager and she has been great dealing with the day to day. If I ever have a maintenance issue, Chris Kelso is always on it within a day or two.
