“We leased a home for several years in Durham, and Shanta and Corey from Carolina MaxRealty provided property management for the owner of the home. We are fairly easy-going renters, and try not to bother owners with simple fixes or minor complaints. However, in the few times we needed some help, Shanta and Corey were both very responsive. Their communication was top notch - emails, phone calls or texts, they were very quick to respond even at night or on the weekends. Most importantly, they had my back when the owner of the property wrongfully withheld a portion of my security deposit. After threatening the owner with legal action, Shanta and Corey reimbursed me for the remaining amount the owner was refusing to hand over, even though they had no legal obligation in this matter between the owner and I. I've enjoyed working with Shanta and Corey over the last few years, and wish them the best in their growing business.”

I’ve dealt with my fair share of crummy NY landlords. In my opinion Katz isn’t one of them.”

“Villa Di Gioia outside of Temecula was a fabulous place for my family of eight adults and two small children to gather for an extended stay. The home is stunning with many dramatic architectural details inside and out. The stonework and the views of the surrounding wine country add to the entire ambience. The large great room and kitchen allows for easy gathering and delightful meal preparation. The dining table seats a large group and doubles as a great place to enjoy board games, while just steps away from those in the great room and kitchen. The home is very large but also offers smaller spaces for quiet conversations or reading. The views from the expansive patio delighted morning coffee drinkers and those enjoying a late afternoon glass of wine. Plus the good folks at Barefoot Vacation Rentals were quickly responsive to any questions and concerns. Can't wait to stay at this beautiful home again!”

“My wife Kathryn & I and our beloved dog Molly were truly at home staying 3 months in the penthouse suite at Casa Playa Baja Resort. We were made to feel so very welcome, Dave and his wonderful team of staff were accommodating and helpful. Olga served us some amazing dinners including octopus fresh from Popotla and Hector makes the best margaritas ever! Our dog Molly was treated with love and we felt very safe at all times. During the week we found it a quiet place to work with great wifi and beautiful beachwalks and sunsets. On the weekend we'd light a fire, have a bbq and make friends with the new folks that arrived. Staying at Casa Playa Baja has been a beautiful chapter of our lives that we will remember fondly and hope to return one day soon. We highly recommend and promise to tell all our friends xxx”
