“This is a very nice updated and well kept apartment in Hollywood. It is modern and has nice amenities like a pool and gym center. I do not live here but I toured the apartment complex today. The assistant manager Yolanda is a people person and excellent at her job. She was warm and welcoming from the second I stepped in the door for my tour. “I rented with RK Smith for about 25 years in the same building/same unit. In my experience I have had great service and relationships with the staff. When I had a repair that was needed, it was done that same day or the very next day. If I had other concerns or issues-- which there weren't many--they were handled and solved in a timely and satisfactory manner. My apartment was a nice large size . The rooms were big and it had a ton of closet space. The rent was so reasonable and it included heat and water which is a huge help in the winter. The office and maintenance employees were friendly and always willing to help. They always called back the same day if I left a message. My whole experience with RK Smith as a whole was excellent. I really hated to give my apartment up, but due to family reasons I had to move out, otherwise I would definitely have renewed my lease.”

“I have been living at Savoy since March 2022, Daniela was very patient in showing us multiple apartments and helped us identify the one that worked the best for us. She's super nice and helpful, highly recommended. As far as the community goes it's fairly new so the apartments are great, as well as the amenities. So nice experience with the community as well. Cons: The parking is a bit tricky as some people have mentioned in the comments but you get the hang of it. I don't think it's a major issue.”
