“Darien was referred to us for our home search and I can understand why! Darien was attentive with great communication during the whole process. We had an added complication since we live a 3 plus hour drive away that was coupled with finding a property we loved quickly that was only taking offers that day! Darien initially walked us through the property with a skype call, had a great rapport with the sellers agent which ultimately, helped our offer to be successful - but Darien's great service didn't stop there. Darien very quickly arranged for our home inspection along with organizing and meeting her trade contacts to give us estimates on renovations we wanted to do, giving us peace of mind prior to our conditions needing to be waived. We were excited to be closing in 3 weeks but the day before our closing, complications arose, delaying our closing for 3 months. Darien kept in touch and checked on the property for us again prior to our final closing. “This was conveniently located but still quiet and removed from the bustle of city life. If you simply look out the front windows of the house, you'll typically spot horses, deer, and other peaceful animals. We were glad to have 2 full bathrooms as well as numerous sleeping options. I stayed in the house with good friends and our two sons had a blast sleeping in the lower level bedroom where they could share sleeping space but each had their own bed. One of the few things I would change is to add a little more lighting - we'd brought some crafty projects and it was a little hard for our aging eyes to see in the low light of the main living space. Overall, highly recommend. Also, while your in the area, check out the Coffee Emporium nearby - a local coffee house and lunch spot - it was cute with excellent quality coffee and tea drinks.”
