“I rarely write reviews, but I felt obligated to in this case, because Maria is such an excellent realtor, and worked extremely hard for me. I built my house in early 2021. As it is my first new-build house, Maria gave me a whole lot of useful information and guided me. As everybody could imagine, the building process was not smooth as normal due to the broken supply chains in the pandemic time. Maria was really kind and help me to stay positive the whole time. She has always responded to all my messages in a very professional and timely manner. Even though she didn’t get notice of the house building's progress, she tried her best to check that information with her colleagues and came back to me in a short time, which did comfort me during the difficult waiting time. “First of all, I can not believe how many bad reviews this property has… I have lived here since my building opened in September 2021 and just signed a renewal this week. This place is great, I will tell you some of the people that live here are the ones who trash the place, have the unauthorized people living with them, and causing the parking issues. So thank your neighbor. I absolutely love the office staff and maintenance staff. If you obey by the rules, you should have no problems. I work in the Industry, so 9-10 times if you write a bad review, you are the issue. Maintenance issues happen too, what do you expect a perfect home??? Good luck, doesn’t even happen when you own your own home. See how long it takes for someone to come repair your a/c and the cost that is involved out of your pocket. So tired of people complaining. I absolutely love my apartment, my GUEST have no issues parking, I’ve had two maintenance repairs in 9 months and both were repaired within the hour after I reported them, the office and maintenance teams are amazing.”

“They have been great to work. I wanted a place to remodel and call our own. They have provided a great learning experience for my family and I. We have rented for 3 years and now we are purchasing the home from them. Do be watchful of your contract compared to what you are told on the phone. The person that texts and answers phones gives you a standard answer, not the answer from reading the actual contract. This caused us to unknowingly being severely behind on rent. We went with wee were told by text that rent increased too, we did not double check the text with our rental agreement. Gone are the days of using a banker that knows you and has a personal relationship with you. Even if you do pay more it is better to have a more personal experience and know the person that holds your mortgage. Thank you Kas and family.”
