“Good apartment with great neighbors! I love the community here. Management change a few times but our requests would always be done in a timely manner. Nice view of the pond and lots of fully grown trees in walkable areas. The dog park is huge and has for small dogs and larger breeds. Gate would sometimes wouldn’t work but there was a security doing rounds which I guess makes up for it. Pool is nice. Gym can get some more equipment and it would be perfect. Overall I enjoyed living here because of the people we met.”

“WE have been renting from Hamel Real Estate for almost 3 years now. He was our choice due to the value . We have a 2 bedroom eat in kitchen porch huge living room and multi purpose room. I applaud him for his amazing response time and personal care towards us. He has actually came out more then once time to follow up on any work that was done or repairs. WE have his personal number because he encourages tenant/landlord communication and they also have 24 hour maintenance which RESPONDS! He offers great incentives for his tenants like a raffle at the beginning of the month for any renters that pay on time.Bill does his best to take care of his tenants needs Bill and his staff have treated us wonderfully. “I enjoyed living at Alaris Village. The apartment I occupied was very spacious and clean. Maintenance was consistently prompt to respond and helpful. There was a decent amount of parking and the grounds(grass, trees, bushes) are kept up well. A second dumpster & second recycling bin would be helpful as trash typically piles up especially over the weekends. Upgraded appliances (flat top stove, side by side fridge) & carbon monoxide detectors would be great. The amazon locker room was a plus and the gym and pool. The playground is a plus. The theater would be great if there wasn't a fee to use it and if it had extended hours. An emergency exit could also be useful. The leasing office is beautiful and the new staff seems kinder than the previous staff. The rent is on the high-end for most families in Winston-Salem but is comparable if not better than smaller apartments in town. It's a good place to live.”
