“This place is a little older but not everything old is always bad. I opted in paying a little more for a downstairs apartment that had wood floors which is nice and I am glad I did instead of saving a little bit of money for upstairs with carpet. The carports have storage which I thinks make it’s easy I have a camping and beach gear there so it makes unloading and loading quick and painless. On average this place is a quiet complex, no real complaints. I ve read a lot of reviews about bugs and the only time I have a issue was when I had a certain neighbor but the office staff helped me and set me up with pest control and once that person left so did the problem! If you have the option in renting something on a small building definitely take it, I think it makes you feel more like a “home” and less like an apartment. Also for a complex that doesn’t have washer dryer in unit it’s nice that there is a 24 laundry! Lastly with this being an older place there’s a lot of landscaping and property so it’s definitely have character and not like some of the new construction where it is as many apartments they can fit in a small plot of land.”

“I wanted to note my first experience/impression of Centennial Station when I toured the property. I had looked at a few other properties in the Hyde Park/Oakley/Madisonville area last August 2021 prior to viewing Centennial Station and right when I came here immediately knew that I wouldn't need to be touring any place else based on Bria's presentation of the property. A lot of places are very nice in this area and would note things that they had over other properties nearby, but when I toured Centennial, Bria simply showed me all that Centennial Station has to offer and was very kind and professional without the need to state "we're the best". Instead it was more of a "here is what our resident's love" type of approach that I could tell was very genuine. I've recommended Centennial Station to a lot of people looking for apartments based on that interaction alone because it was the first time I had felt that it wasn't about just getting someone to sign a lease but rather helping someone find a place that they really loved, which naturally did make me want to sign. Both Bria and Savannah are very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and down to earth. I've also had the chance to meet three member of the maintenance staff which I unfortunately didn't catch the names of to give them proper recognition but they've been just as kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Neighbors here are all very kind as well - and it is a very dog friendly property!”

“Living The Dream! The Links on PGA is the best rental property I've ever leased. The property itself is gorgeous and well thought out. The leasing management, leasing agents, concierge desk staff, and maintenance staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The residents are friendly and welcoming. Living here feels like I’m on a permanent vacation. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this little piece of paradise.
