“I moved into Griffis Union Station apartments about six weeks ago. I love it here! It’s very dog friendly and people friendly. The apartments are well kept as well as the amenities. I have had three minor repairs needed in my apartment and the staff have arrived and fixed my issue within hours. The apartment staff go above and beyond to listen and be helpful. I like the convenience of being near the grocery store and restaurants. I feel very safe here and am very satisfied with my decision! If you need a place to call home; this is a great spot!”

“If you are considering hiring Jayme for your real estate needs, here is my best advice: 1) Stop reading these reviews, and 2) Hire Jayme and his team. I couldn't be more pleased with Jayme and his entire team. When I initially met Jayme, I explained that I had sold a property just a few months earlier and had a fantastic experience with a different Realty Company. But Jayme was local to the home we were now selling, so we decided to go with him, which turned out to be not only the right decision, but the best decision. Get this - Jayme actually sold my home twice, both times for full asking price. But wait, it gets even better - Jayme actually sold my home for full asking price within 48 hours twice. Imagine that? (There was a minor contingency in the first contract that nobody was overly concerned with, which turned out to be a major stumbling block - though it was no fault on Jayme's part. So instead of waiting for the initial buyers to deal with the contingency, Jayme suggested we immediately put the home back on the market, which we did - and it sold a day later - again, full asking price, and this time with no contingencies whatsoever.) But then, as it always seems, nothing is ever easy. Turns out we had a water leak which damaged some of our hardwood floors. Jayme was wonderful as we dealt with our insurance company and he dealt with the buyers and their Realtor. There were some difficult issues with this matter, but from my perspective, Jayme couldn't have performed better. Throughout the entire process - from our initial meeting, to listing, finalizing the offer/contract, and on to closing - Jayme (and his entire team!) was top notch. Jayme was personable, polite, and professional at all times. Even more important to me, he was always accessible and very knowledgeable. In hindsight, his assessment of everything pertaining to our home was spot-on accurate. I could go on and on. But I'll end with this ... If you are looking for someone to help with your real estate needs, then let me repeat myself - stop reading these reviews and hire Jayme!!!”

“I have been here for 15 months and have really enjoyed it! What really makes the place is the staff. The management team of Amber, Aimee, James, and all of the leasing agents both past (Anita and Lela) and current: Karen and Jeannea are wonderful. They have treated me and my little dog, Max, incredibly well and I'm very grateful. The complex really feels like a community, with frequent events: Breakfast at the Bridge, popsicles on hot Saturdays, popcorn on Fridays, movie nights. The Valet Living fee is not optional, but does provide a lot: in-home package delivery, common area cleaning, trash pickup outside your door Sun-Thu, and there was even a gift-wrapping event last Christmas! Additionally, there are 2 workout classes - although I've never been haha The apartments themselves have great finishes, with stone islands, stainless appliances, and great lighting fixtures. Best of all, since I work from home, management has been amazing about setting up a culture where neighbors don't bother neighbors with loud music, etc. It's nice and quiet and I love it! The gym is excellent, and there is a separate yoga studio as well. The pool has two electric grills, and there are two more electric grills in a courtyard with a fireplace and a putting green, there's a pool table, foosball, and a Starbucks machine - great amenities! It's a great place to live :)”
