“I’ve lived here since 1990. I moved here with my parents from the westside of Los Angeles. Initially, back in the day, I was a bit sad...I’m WAY out here in the country! However, being an equestrian, I was closer to stables and doing horsey things, than when living in LA and had to drive to Griffith Park to ride my horse. There wasn’t much of a nightlife at all. We didn’t even have a shopping center! We would go to San Diego for that. But now, Old Town Temecula is the spot for having some weekend fun, with all the hip bars and swank places to eat. We have the Promenade Mall, which you can find most everything you need, to live a comfortable life. Back to Chardonnay Hills, I absolutely LOVE my neighborhood in Chardonnay Hills. I’m still here, and I stayed here, got married, raised my children in Chardonnay Hills. Our community is very well taken care of and owners take pride in their homes. We have an HOA, so you will find no pink flamingos or purple homes! Lol! It’s a wonderful community for young families with children, as well as older adults, since it’s very safe here. We have two rec centers, both with pools, one has tennis courts, volleyball, children’s play area and bbq grills near benches. The other has a small baseball/softball field, where my daughter learned her softball basics (and eventually went off to a D1 program after high school.) We have a security service which makes rounds from dusk to dawn. It’s amazing in this day & age, to have so many original owners still living on my street. There are 10 of us on my street, of which 1/2 have lived here since it was constructed and a few who moved in a few years later after a few lost their homes to foreclosure in the early 90’s. It’s rare to see homes for sale in our area, because many choose to stay, or homes don’t last very long on the market. It’s a desirable area that I have enjoyed for over 30 years. We are located just before entering the Temecula Wine Country, corner of Rancho California Road and Butterfield. We extent as far as Rancho Elementary off of La Serena. It’s beautiful to see all the colorful hot air balloons in the early morning hours. Over the years, the traffic on Rancho Calif Rd has gotten very busy, but it’s still easy enough to maneuver around town. I highly recommend Chardonnay Hills, plus we are conveniently located near all major amenities. Please also stop by the Meadows shopping center where Barons Marketplace is located...it’s a fun place to shop for unique and nutritious foods and has an extensive beer & wine selection. It’s walking distance from Chardonnay Hills, or you can grab a chai latte from Starbucks, some yummy Mexican food from Alberto’s taco shop, a pizza from Spuntinos, a gyro from Ladera’s Greek cafe or your prescriptions from CVS. Plus many more shops to discover! Oh don’t forget to go to the Wells Fargo for some spending money!”

Steven was awesome with everything moving in, and although I can’t remember his co-workers name, she was just as awesome with belong with a slight vehicle issue that I was facing. This is quote honestly the best apartments/property that I have stayed at. Spacious rooms, modern kitchen touches, and so on. I highly recommend anyone to check Spring Water out, and I wish I had come across it much sooner!”

“Been a tenant for Invested at their powers Ave location for five years, moving out today and wanted to review my years here. The neighborhood is quaint and typical for a lower income neighborhood. Haven’t had any violent encounters with any folks in the area. There’s been some oddities but what can ya do. My neighbors were extremely nice over the years with two stable ones that I’ve grown to love! Apartment itself was nice for what I paid, some wear and tear but it’s an older building. Lighting is sparse but again, older building and it’s Colorado. The garbage disposal was the only thing to fail on me in the years I was there. So A+ on rock solid appliances! Maintenance requests were pretty quick and responsive. You’d use the portal to submit a request and you’ll receive a call the next day if it’s not urgent to service it. I did have a problem with electricity one time that took a bit to be resolved but just know there’s a power box Outside the building that also can be tripped. Occasionally there’s work done on the roof or property, sucks if you work overnights (me) but a necessary evil. Overall, property manager was behind the scenes majority of my stay. Out of sight but in sight when needed is what I appreciate. It’s been a pleasure staying here, hopefully it’ll be the same for prospecting tenants!”
