“The cabin was great and looked as advertised, my only issues were that the water in the shower smelled like well water, the freezer rack was rusted, the upstairs TV didn't work and the outside lay out was not put together well (mainly because the firepit was placed on a section that was on a weird hill). This is for Cabin 1 but it was nice enough that I would consider visiting again.”

“This is a charming vacation rental cabin in Big Bear. Being that it's in Sugarloaf, I found it removed enough away from the hustle and bustle of the village in downtown big bear to be nice and quiet with little traffic. The Sugarloaf peak trail is right nearby if you're inclined. Great owners who are wonderful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and I can't wait to go back. A++”

I cannot speak to him as a property manager but within a month, as promised and to my specifications, got me a tenant after my rental had been sitting on the market for some time before his employment.
