“I bought my current house and sold the previous one using Eddy Harris at Expert Realty. Very good, professional work by them. On the sale they put up a sign showing my house was coming soon. On the sale start date I had 2 full price offers. Eddy handled everything. What an easy transaction for me. On the repurchase, Eddy knew the area that I wanted to buy in. He actually found me the perfect house that had not even posted a for sale sign yet. The house was presented as a for sale by owner. That didn't matter to Eddy. He still arranged a showing and prepared the offer contract for me and did all the things a listing agent would do associated with a buyer client. In fact he even stayed on top of things with the seller to make sure things he was contractually obligated to do were handled properly. Great job by Eddy and his staff at Expert Realty.”

“We moved in to Princeton as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) 10 days ago and we have had an interesting experience so far. Our kids are very young, kids will be kids and were running/jumping/laughing/crying etc. in the apartment. No matter how much we tried to control it, it was occasionally loud. We had a couple of neighbors complain about the sounds from our place despite our efforts to keep things mellow. However, The MANAGEMENT TEAM IS FANTASTIC! They take care of you like family. Jen, Colleen, Matt are so so supportive and kind. When we brought this to their notice, they took matters into their own hands and ordered shock proof mats for the floors. They said kids will be kids and made a work around it. They didn't ask us to convince our one year old to "understand" and not make noise which is what the neighbors were expecting. Having said this, if you have young, exuberant kids, ask for an apartment in the ground floor. This is a discussion that can be had upfront before leasing (which we didn't think of or do). Overall, management get s a 5/5, our experience so far 3/5 (and has nothing to do with the quality of living or the management).”
